Step #1: Choose a Support Program

Step #2: Access Our Support Portal
Your RightFax support starts as soon as your contract is finalized. No problem is too big or too small for our team. As soon as you begin having issues with your fax server, you can:
- Go to: support.thefaxguys.com
- Type in your user name (email address) and password.
- Click “Submit a Request” in the upper right hand corner
- Complete the request and click SUBMIT.
- Pay particular attention to the Priority, Brief Description and Detailed Description fields. Additionally, you can attach documents (screen shots, error logs, etc.).

Step #3: Sit Back and Let Our Team Handle the Rest
Once we have your support ticket, we will begin working to get you back up and running as soon as possible. Our team can remotely access your RightFax system (with your permission) and diagnose problems in real time. How soon can your issue be resolved?
