OpenText™ RightFax FaxUtil client incompatibility with Adobe® Reader® 18.104.22.168
RightFax FaxUtil client 10.6, 10.5, and 10.0.
If Adobe® Reader® 22.214.171.124 is installed on the same client computer as RightFax FaxUtil, the following issues may occur.
The FaxUtil client may stop responding when a user attempts to view a fax that was sent with the Create PDF image option enabled.
The FaxUtil client may display a blank page when a user attempts to view a fax—that was sent with the Create PDF image option enabled—from the PDF tab in the fax viewer.
Users are unable to view outbound fax images through the FaxUtil client.
Users are unable to access the PDF tab from the FaxUtil client. However, it does not prevent the user from viewing the fax image.
OpenText has documented a workaround for this issue in Knowledge Base Article 50081429.
